Who we are

The Company

Founded in 2013, Statewide Funding has grown from a small startup to a fast-growing mortgage lender. In 2021 we were recognized by Inc Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in the United States. Our long-term goals are to be a nationwide lender with branch locations across the nation.  

Our Loan Officers

Our Loan Officers are well trained with an average of 15 years' experience in the mortgage industry. Most of them are purchase driven and specialize in Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA and Non-QM loans. 

Our Operations Team

We employ the best of the best. Our operations team is experienced and well trained with and average time in the mortgage industry of 11 years. We don't use third party processing staff, we employ them inhouse. Our entire inhouse operations team includes administrative, disclosures, processing, docs, funding, post close, accounting and human resources.
